- Reservations must be guaranteed with a Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express; 50% deposit required in advance

- Check-in is by arrangement between 3:00 - 5:00 PM

- Check-out is 12 noon

-We offer non-hosted style accommodations. You have access to a community kitchen supplied with breakfast fare for you to prepare when and as you wish. The Pena Blanca and San Marcos suites have small fully stocked kitchens of their own, too. You may prepare other meals as well, with consideration for other guests.

- NO pets without prior approval

- Cancellations accepted up to 14 days prior to arrival with full refund. Within 14 days, there is no refund unless the room can be rebooked.
